The combined filter machine MCF is developed for the production of filter rods.
The machine has two feeding devices, as one of the base filters is cut in two parts and the other one – in three.
The machine can work with base filters with length of 90 mm, and if it necessary up to 102 mm.
There is no limitation in the length of the finished combined filter rods, but the configuration of the finished filter which will be placed in the cigarette can consist of only two components.
The machine can be easily reconfigured in accordance with the customer request for length, configuration and diameter of the filter rod.
A combination of filter, air is possible by turning off one of the sections.
If the customer requests production of a three-component recess filter with combination – charcoal, monoacetate, air – a new design can be made on the basis of the existing machine by changing the scheme of the drums, increasing their number and by including second cutting in one of the sections. All this is necessary so that the short sections of the three-component combination can be achieved.
