The machine for box folding is designed for the shaping of the cigarette tubes boxes – folding and gluing the blanks preliminary loaded in the hopper.
The construction of the machine is developed in a way that allows fast change of the format parts and readjustment of the hopper for different blanks, depending on needs of the customer.
The machine is designed to form boxes respectively for 100, 200, 350 and 500 tubes.
The feeding of the blanks is performed manually in hopper I.
The removal of the blank, its transport to the forming device – II, the process of the forming as well as the removal of the finished box – III is performed by 6 pneumatic cylinders.
The control cabinet – IV is fitted in the internal part of the construction.
The forming device is different for each size of the box and is produced on the basis of the blank provided by the customer.
The main construction of the machine is produced from standard aluminum profiles and connecting elements by Rexroht company, which facilitates the installation, allows mobility of the construction as well as weight reduction of the entire machine.
The control of the entire machine is Siemens, Simatic S7-200
